Why SSTA

What Sets Us Apart

We combine the precision of military training with the practical demands of the private security industry — a combination no one else in the region offers.

Military Standard Training

Our curriculum is built on the same rigorous standards that govern India's armed forces — ensuring trainees are prepared for any situation.

Retired Army Instructors

Every trainer is a retired JCO or Commissioned Officer with hands-on operational experience, not just theoretical knowledge.

Practical Field Exercises

Learning doesn't stop at the classroom. Trainees undergo real-world simulations, patrol drills, and scenario-based exercises.

Physical Conditioning

Structured PT sessions keep trainees at peak fitness — because professional security work demands both mental sharpness and physical readiness.

Industry Certifications

trainees receive industry-recognised certifications that open doors with Northeast India's top security agencies and corporates.

Professional Discipline

We develop not just skills but character — punctuality, integrity, communication, and professional conduct that employers value.

Stories of Transformation

Havildar (Retd.) Ramesh Kalita

Havildar (Retd.) Ramesh Kalita

Former — Assam Regiment

Currently: Security Supervisor, Tata Steel NE Division

After 18 years in the Army, I wasn't sure how to translate my experience into a civilian career. SSTA didn't just train me — they helped me understand how my military background was actually an asset. Within six weeks of completing the programme, I had a supervisory role at a reputable firm.
